Hope you had a good Thanksgiving for those in the USA and if not in the USA -a good week!
As we approach holidays with family get togethers, we need to take care to not let ourselves get overwhelmed by too many expectations or activities. It is OK to stick to the basics and seek what is best for ourselves and our little family. I wish you joy and peace! Aileen
