  • Difficulty sleeping: too much or too little
  • Difficulty eating: too much or too little
  • Feeling overwhelmed
  • Feeling distant from your baby
  • Feeling anxious or panicky
  • Irritability
  • Feelings of guilt, helplessness, or worthlessness
  • Thoughts of harming yourself or your baby/children*** 
  • Strange thought, fantasies or dreams about your baby
